The recruitment and retention of hirelings are a vital part of adventuring. As such, it is useful for Referees to have pre-generated hirelings available when the Player Characters decide to recruit new hirelings. The Hireling Generator has been created as a tool allowing Referees quickly pre-generate hirelings. The Hireling Generator provides options for randomly generating names, sexes and personality traits for the hirelings; thereby creating unique and memorable hirelings for the characters to recruit.
